Duties include: Preparation of annual reports for the Foreign-Trade Zones Board and U.S. Customs; Development of Inventory Control and Recordkeeping System Procedures Manual; Maintenance of the Tariff of FTZ #99.

Delaware Free Trade Zone - Division of B & B Development Co. Wilmington, Delaware. Manager, January 1985 to August 1989. Duties as above. Highlights: Developed agenda, and organized mailing list, speakers, location for Foreign-Trade Zone seminar for potential users; Implemented quarterly informational meetings for FTZ #99 tenants, Customs and other FTZ #99 personnel.

Jones Apparel Group, Inc., Bristol, Pennsylvania. Manager, Letter of Credit and Foreign Accounts Payable Departments, August 1981 to January 1985. Managed staff of four (4) responsible for preparing, issuing, and paying letters of credit totaling $65-70 million per year for major better women's apparel manufacturer.
